Today I introduce the first habit I found when it comes to achieving my own Highest Possibility State (HPS): Taking back my own personal power rather than giving it to others and/or to negative emotions. I learned to do this through being mindful, meditating, and by visualizing, but what is the difference between these three things, when should we do them and how?
