If every morning starts off by asking ourselves, what experiences and opportunities would I like to have today? Then every evening we should be taking time to reflect on how we thought our day went.
- Just before bed, replay your day in your mind.
- Give thanks for the opportunities and experiences that you enjoyed.
- Mentally delete and re program the opportunist and experiences you didn’t enjoy. Literally visualize hitting a delete button and copying and pasting good opportunities and experience and putting them in the undesirable opportunities and experiences place.
The more often you do this, the more you will begin to see your
reality being more highly satisfying than not.
